The brothers, Spyros and Chrysanthos Panas, have created exceptional entertainment facilities that over the last 35 years of their existence have always set the trend, as well as the style of entertainment and hospitality on the recreational scene. The Panas Sophisticated Hospitality, has ownership and management of the “Island Club and Restaurant”, the private members club “Salon de Bricolage”, and “Island Art & Taste”, which is compiled of 5 uniquely decorated event and conference facilities. In 2015, Panas Sophisticated Hospitality expanded its business with the historic Athénée, as well as City Bistro and Bar de Theathre creating a new neighborhood in the city center. Ιn 2018, restaurant ILiOS was added to the group with Dimitris Skarmoutsos as the Executive Chef.
